Our Mission

The mission of The Fowler Center is to respect the individual gifts of each participant and to enhance their personal growth & independence through outdoor adventures & activities by providing opportunities for learning-by-doing.

Current News

We are pleased to supplement our year-round programs with events that are OPEN TO THE PUBLIC! These include Family Dinners, Summer Movie Night, School Break Programs, and more. All proceeds support the programs that The Fowler Center offers for children and adults with special needs. We hope you will join us for an inclusive, accessible outdoor experience!
The Fowler Center was on Animal Planet's Treehouse Masters on 1/13/17! In August of 2016, Pete Nelson and crew came out for a day of filming at our accessible tree house to be included in the episode for For-Mar Nature Preserve. Click the link below to see a short clip. The Camp Nebagamon Scholarship Fund awarded The Fowler Center $3,000 this past summer to be used for camperships. To find our more about CNSF click the logo above.
