Our Campers

The Fowler Center serves individuals who have a variety of disabilities, including cognitive and physical impairments, autism, traumatic brain injuries, and sensory & communication disorders. We maintain a 1:3 staff to camper ratio during all camp sessions.  Any camper that will be successful in this ratio is encouraged to attend.

Some campers require one-on-one assistance for medical or behavioral reasons or due to parental or guardian request. One-on-one aides can also be provided. Contact The Fowler Center for additional information.

Our camp also offers sessions designed for those who need more time to complete tasks or require physical assistance with eating, dressing and hygiene. See the Programming section for information about these programs and additional details.

Volunteer!

Each year countless individuals and groups give their time and talents to The Fowler Center to help make a difference in the lives of those we serve. Whether you are a skilled builder, have a knack for creative programming or would like to spend time helping a camper achieve their maximum potential, we welcome you.
