PROGRAMS

A. Plan and implement
- 1. Daily activity Assisting Equestrian Instructor with:(Including, but not exclusive to)
- a. Riding instruction.
- b. Animal care instruction.
- c. Equipment care and use instruction.
- d. Safety checks of equipment.
- e. Checking physical soundness of horses.
- f. Evaluating and classifying camper riding abilities.
- g. Classifying horses as to suitability of riding level.
- h. Inclement weather indoor activities.
- i. Recognizing any contraindications per disability toward riding (i.e. Authorization given by guardian/parent and/or physician.)
- j. Planning/ creating and participate in evening programs.
- k. Weekend programs.
- l. Planning/ creating camp weekend activities.
B. Apprise Equestrian Instructor and Program Assistants of:
- 1. Equestrian safety levels.
- 2. Equipment needs/wants.
C. Develop, integrate and maintain with Equestrian Instructor:
- 1. Programs and goals to meet camper’s individual needs.
- 2. Barn and corral area.
- 3. Resource materials, ideas, and notes on program advancement.
D. Other duties as assigned
